Make a Secure Purchase

Pay securely with iDEAL through Stripe. Enter your delivery address and complete checkout in seconds.

Receive Your Item

The seller ships your item with a tracked label. You'll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery. Items typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Complete Stripe Verification

Before selling, verify your identity through Stripe. This takes just a few minutes and ensures safe transactions for everyone. You'll need your BSN and a bank account, and a valid ID if Stripe asks for it.

Create Your Listing

Add photos, a title, description, price, and item details. Your listing is automatically translated to English for international buyers. Include measurements for accurate shipping.

Receive Payment & Ship

When someone buys your item, you receive the item price minus our platform fee. The shipping the buyer paid goes to the carrier, so it is not part of your payout. Download the shipping label from your order page, pack the item, and drop it off at the carrier.

Get Paid

Your payout is released 15 days after the purchase and at least 12 days after the carrier has scanned your parcel, whichever comes later, then transferred automatically by Stripe. Seven of those days are Stripe's iDEAL settlement; the rest cover packaging or size corrections the carrier reports after delivery. You never have to request one.
