Platform Fees
We charge a small commission when your item sells. The fee decreases as your item price increases:

Our platform fee is calculated only on the item price, never on shipping. The shipping you see collected alongside it is passed straight to the carrier for your label.
No VAT is added to our fees. They are automatically deducted when you receive payment.

Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe using iDEAL (direct bank transfer). Stripe charges €0.29 per transaction, which is deducted from the seller's proceeds along with our platform fee. When an item is offered for free, the buyer pays that €0.29 at checkout instead, since there is no item price to deduct it from.
Your payout is released once the carrier scans your parcel and is then transferred automatically. iDEAL funds settle about 7 days after the purchase, so that is the earliest a payout can arrive.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer at checkout and are not included in your payout. The buyer pays the actual shipping cost based on package size, weight, and carrier selection.

- Listing your items is completely free. There are no upfront costs, subscription fees, or monthly charges to start selling.
- You only pay a fee when your item actually sells. If it doesn't sell, you pay nothing.
- The more expensive your item, the lower the commission percentage. This rewards sellers of higher-value items with better rates.
- Fees are automatically deducted from the sale price before your payout. You never have to manually pay or transfer anything.
