Payment & Fees

We charge a small commission when your item sells. The fee decreases as your item price increases:

Our platform fee is calculated only on the item price, never on shipping. The shipping you see collected alongside it is passed straight to the carrier for your label.

Our fees are automatically deducted when you receive payment.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe using iDEAL (direct bank transfer). Stripe charges €0.29 per transaction, which is deducted from the seller's proceeds along with our platform fee. When an item is offered for free, the buyer pays that €0.29 at checkout instead, since there is no item price to deduct it from. Stripe also charges for sending your payout to your bank, and we pass that on at cost with no mark up, including the tax we have to pay on Stripe's fees: about €0.12 plus 0.30% of each payout (Stripe's €0.10 plus 0.25%), deducted together with our platform fee, and €2.42 once in every month in which you receive a payout (Stripe's €2.00), deducted from the first payout of that month together with 1.7% for deducting it (Stripe's 1.4%). A month without a payout costs nothing.

Your payout is released 15 days after the purchase and at least 12 days after the carrier has scanned your parcel, whichever comes later, and is then transferred automatically. iDEAL funds settle about 7 days after the purchase; the other days cover carrier corrections reported after delivery, which are deducted from the payout if the parcel caused them.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer at checkout and are not included in your payout. The buyer pays the actual shipping cost based on package size, weight, and carrier selection. Pack the item in a rigid cardboard box and stay within the size and weight you entered, or the carrier charges extra afterwards and we pass that on to you.

Our fee structure is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent, so you always know exactly what you earn.

• Listing your items is completely free. There are no upfront costs or subscription fees to start selling. The only monthly cost is Stripe's €2.42 payout fee, and only in a month in which you receive a payout.
• You only pay a fee when your item actually sells. If it doesn't sell, you pay nothing.
• The more expensive your item, the lower the commission percentage. This rewards sellers of higher-value items with better rates.
• Fees are automatically deducted from the sale price before your payout. You never have to manually pay or transfer anything.
• There are no hidden fees, no listing limits and no surprise charges from us. The one cost that can arrive later is not ours: if a carrier surcharges a parcel because it was not packed in a proper cardboard box, or was bigger or heavier than declared, we pass that carrier charge on at cost.
