What is your stroller worth?

A stroller's value mostly depends on a few things. The more of them work in your favour, the closer you stay to the new price.

• Brand and model: popular brands hold their value better.
• Age: a recent model is worth more than an older model of the same brand.
• Condition: frame, wheels and fabric without damage or wear.
• Completeness: carrycot, seat unit, rain cover, footmuff and adapters ideally all included.

Start from the current new price of the same or the successor model. Take something off for age and signs of use, and add something when many accessories are included.

Then look at comparable listings, on BabyMarket.deals and elsewhere. If you ask well above others, expect it to take longer. You can change the price later; after a change the new price is fixed for 7 days.

Listing is free. You only pay a commission once your stroller is sold: 8% plus €0.75 up to €50, 6% plus €0.75 up to €200 and 4% plus €0.75 above that. Stripe also charges small fees for the payment and the payout; all amounts are on the Payment & Fees page.

The buyer pays the shipping at checkout. It goes to the carrier, so it does not count towards your proceeds.

Buyers cannot ask you questions beforehand; your contact details are only shared after a purchase. A complete listing is therefore your best sales argument.

• Take clear photos of the frame, wheels, fabric and the model plate.
• Name everything that is included, and what is missing.
• State the age, any repairs and whether the covers were washed.
• Enter the parcel's size and weight as you will ship it; the carrier measures every parcel.
